We welcome your comments and compliments as they help us to improve and ensure we best serve your child's needs. Hearing about what you think we did well and what you think we can improve on will help us to deliver an effective service. You can let the Principal know of any compliments or comments by:
- submitting feedback via the website enquiry form
- phoning, emailing or posting details to the academy
To contact staff at the academy, please call reception on 01777 870 001 or email us: email@example.com.
Individual staff have email accounts. This is usually their first initial and surname, e.g. firstname.lastname@example.org
Contacting us regarding a student:
With regards to a student, please contact your child's tutor. Each form is known by three letters, e.g. OSB (this means this is in Oak College and Mrs S Bingham is the tutor). Alternatively contact their Head of College. To find out who the Head of College is, please click here

Concerns and complaints
We encourage you to make contact with any member of staff regarding a concern and your concern will be followed up by the member of staff you have made contact with. However, it may be easiest to get in touch with your child’s tutor, Head of College or subject teacher so that the problem can be discussed and addressed.
You can let the Principal know about your concern via the same means as submitting a compliment or comment.
If you have a complaint, we will follow the procedure outlined in the complaints policy.
