QTS Skills Test

We advise applicants to take the Professional Skills Tests as soon as possible after making your application; by the end of June at the latest.

If you are unsuccessful at your second attempt at either test, please contact Nottingham Trent University (NTU) immediately to discuss this and to agree support to ensure a successful final attempt.

NTU offer Professional Skills Tests support courses in both literacy and numeracy. Please click here for further information and search for ‘Skills Tests’.

Please note:
The Professional Skills Tests are external to the University and the Alliance. It is applicants’ responsibility to prepare for, book and sit the tests.
