The School Improvement Forum has successfully achieved the following so far:
¨ Provision of lockers for all students
¨ Assisted with the development of a new rewards system
¨ Nominated charities for annual fundraising events
¨ Assisted with the design and introduction of the new uniform
¨ Communicated the students' view on the new behaviour policy
¨ Communicated the students' view on the new sex education policy
¨ Contributed to the introduction of healthy school dinners
¨ Contributed to the design the new school building
¨ Hosted a joint school council conference with the National School
¨ Had 3 students elected onto the Bassetlaw Local Youth Forum
Each form can elect one representative.
Before each meeting the form rep must gather the views of his/her form group. A Learning Family Committee could be formed to enable issues to be discussed. The form rep needs also to feedback after each meeting, using the minutes published in the Student Bulletin.

The College Improvement Forums meet during each half term to discuss phase specific issues. They will also elect representatives and set the agenda for the School Improvement Forum that will meet during the sixth week of each half term. Meetings are held during lesson time and reps will need to ensure that they catch up on missed work.
