SAM Learning
During the examination season, an ever-increasing number of students are using Sam Learning to support their revision.
Research has shown that if all students use Sam Learning for a minimum of 10 hours then this will have a dramatic effect on results.
Sam Learning can be used at school or at home. If there is a problem logging on or if you want to find out how often your child has used Sam Learning please contact Mrs Jane Bartle at Tuxford School.
Use Sam Learning for more than 5 hours and you will receive a Headteacher's Certificate.
The school pays £3000 a year for this website so that you can use it for FREE at home or at school. You can log onto your account in the following way:

Fill in the following in the green login box, top left of homepage:

No easy Internet access at home?
Students have access to the internet through the computer facilities at school. If you don't have internet access at home, there's no need to be concerned as the school facilities are open for student use when the school day finishes. Sam Learning offers pupils a good way to learn, a different way of absorbing information and they can work at their own pace, which helps all pupils whatever their ability.
