Last week, as you are probably aware, we were subjected to a short notice Ofsted inspection. I am unable to inform of the outcome until it has been verified in approximately 10 days time. However, I can say that Tuxford performed to the high standards expected and the staff and students were fantastic. We are particularly proud of our students. They made a lasting impression on the inspectors who described them as thoughtful and good self managers with very positive attitudes. We are also grateful for the support of our parents: many of you completing the questionnaire thereby providing more valuable feedback.
This week, Y11 and Y12 will start study leave and it is important that they continue to revise to enable them to achieve excellent results this summer.
